Time to Row (TTR), our new scheduling website
Hi, it’s me, Jonalyn, current vice president of Come Boating. As some of you may know, we're transitioning Come Boating to a new scheduling software. Our current system is outdated enough that it’s malfunctioning.
The new site is called Time to Row (TTR). I will make this transition as smooth as I can. Luckily, the TTR is an extremely user-friendly site.
Our changeover date is September 15 (it's a Tuesday). You may have noticed that there are no rows to sign up for on our old site after September 14- this is by design! I’ve asked our lovely coxswains to put any rows starting September 15 in the new system. You can start signing up for them now!
Beginning on September 15, the old scheduling site will be unavailable for scheduling, and all rows will be scheduled on TTR.
If you're already a rower with Come Boating, I tried to catch everyone and make them an account on TTR. See steps below for access instructions.
If you're totally new to Come Boating, welcome! Fill out this form to request an account.
If you have an account in the old system, try the steps below to access the TTR calendar. The link to the new website is at the end.

Log in to the new system. Your username should be: firstname.lastname and password: come###boating

All lowercase! And that’s three of these #

If you have a hyphenated last name or there is a space in your last name, there is a hyphen. Ex: martin.van-buren

If you have a nickname, know that it could be either your full name or not. Ex: pete.parker or peter.parker

Go to your profile (top right of screen with your initials) and make sure the information there is correct, and then please add:

Emergency contact information.

Your phone number- Important! This is one of the primary ways you will be contacted if there is a change in schedule.

Please do not change your password for the first month or so- it will be easier to help you if I can log in as you, initially.

Please consider adding a photo! This is a good way to start putting names and faces together and making our large organization feel a little smaller.
